Emergency Blanket

Emergency Blanket

The disposable self-heating first aid medical device that can be used in all emergency situations.

When to use?

Designed to prevent or treat hypothermia in people involved in natural disasters or emergency situations of any kind. Quick to open thanks to the pack’s pre-cut flap and easy to apply to the body. It generates heat for at least 14 hours after activation and distributes it evenly over the entire body surface thanks to the use of twelve warming pads.

The blanket can be used in all emergency situations that require immediate action, even in extreme conditions.

Thanks to its advanced Warmer Patches, the device activates upon contact with ambient air that reaches 50°C and maintains this temperature for at least 14 hours, ensuring that heat is progressively radiated over the entire body.

Advantages

The vacuum package is compact and small in size so that it is extremely convenient for transport and storage.
It does not require any type of power supply, allowing any noise generally produced by heating equipment to be avoided and preventing the risk of tripping over electrical wires.

Under emergency conditions, prolonged exposure to cold, or severe physical trauma, the risk of developing hypothermia and, with it, adverse effects on an individual’s physical health may increase.

Knowing how to act correctly and in a timely manner is crucial: the WBS Emergency Blanket acts on the person immediately, preventing any risk or resuscitating ongoing hypothermia.

The heating elements are positioned according to the treatment indications: these, concentrated in the central area of the body, first heat the chest and abdominal cavity, later radiating heat to the peripheral areas, so as to allow optimal recovery.
